It was stated that the prisoners will be sent with the vehicles rented by the prison administrations. The families of the prisoners reacted to the fact that the prisoners are forced to pay exorbitant fees for their release.&nbsp;

	According to the information obtained, the prisoners that will go to Batman from Siirt Open Penal Institution will pay 100 TL, while those who will go to Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Mardin will pay 200 TL. The prisoners that will go to İstanbul will pay 800 TL while prisoners that will go to Hakkari will pay 1000 TL.
