Patnos Type-L Prison.   Report stated that: "Due to the over-capacity, lack of hygene conditions and protective equipments, the inability to reach the health services the lives of prisoners are under serious risk. Since the fact that the protective equipments such as masks, gloves and disinfectants are sold to the prisoners, the prices of these products in prison has increased without no control over them. As the wards have not been properly disinfected by the prison management, they made it even harder for the prisoners just to talk with their families on the phone due to the coronavirus. On the other hand the guardians still continue to go in and search the wards, regardless of the social distancing rules. In such a special time where the hygene is such an important and vital need for the prisoners amid the pandemic, the water that the prisoners use for their cleaning needs are mixed with unclean, drain water. This doubles the risk on the lives of prisoners, who are already threatened by COVID-19."
