İSTANBUL - The appeal to the rejection of the appeal for release for death fasting lawyers Ebru Timtik and Aytaç Ünsal was also rejected.

37th Assize Court have rejected the appeal for the death fasting lawyers Ebru Timtik and Aytaç Ünsal even though the Forensic Medical Institude (ATK) gave a report saying that they can not stay in prison in their condition. The lawyers have appealed to the higher court, 38th Assize Court. 38th Assize Court of İstanbul found the decision to reject the request of release just.
