After caution was observed in the aftermath of the clashes erupted yesterday evening between the Internal Security Forces and the so-called National Defence Forces militiamen affiliated to the Syrian Government Forces in the Tayy Quarter of the city of Qamishlo, encounters were renewed at around 03:00 dawn today that are still ongoing up to date.

 

This comes after a checkpoint on the Wahde Street held by the Internal Security Forces was attacked by the National Defence Forces yesterday evening at 10:00 to which-within the right to self defence- responded to the attack that led to clashes.
