In Hakkari and Erzurum, 9 people, including a 3-year-old child, were detained during raids on their homes early this morning. Nur İhtiyaroğlu, who was detained together with Halil and Zana İhtiyaroğlu in the house raids in the Gazi District of Hakkari, was taken to the police station with her 3-year-old child. In the raid carried out in Çukurca district, it was stated that women named Şilan Dayan and Havva Sevi were also detained.
It was not learned for what reason the citizens who were taken to the police station were detained.
3 DETAINED IN ERZURUM
It has been reported that, within the scope of the investigation launched by the Erzurum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Hınıs District Co-chair Sadrettin Özkul, HDP former councilor Perihan Özer and HDP Tekman District Manager Polat Özkurt were taken into custody. The reason for the detention of HDP members, who were taken to Erzurum Provincial Security Directorate, could not be learned.
