The Justice Watch, which was started in Diyarbakır by the relatives of the ills and the prisoners who are held despite serving their sentence, continues in front of Diyarbakır Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK) on its 274th day. The executives of Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Democratic Regions Party (DBP), Association for Assistance, Solidarity and Culture with Families Losing Their Relatives in the Cradle of Mesopotamia Civilizations (MEBYA-DER) and Association for Assistance and Solidarity with Prisoners and Convicts (TUHAY-DER) participated in the sit-in.

 

'TURKISH STATE SHOULD IMPLEMENT THE LAW'

 

İnci Güler, the relative of the ill prisoner, who made the statement, reminded them that they are on the sit-in to prevent dead prisoners from coming out of the prisons, and called out, "We want our children to be released. They should be released even if they are on probation. The Turkish state should implement whatever its laws are.

The statement ended with the slogans "Bijî berxwedana zindana(Long live the prisoners resistance)" and "Right, law, justice".
