The 219th issue of the weekly Kurdish newspaper Xwebûn was published with the headline "Ocalan li muxatab digere (Ocalan is looking for an interlocutor)". In the headline of the newspaper, attention was drawn to the Dolmabahçe Agreement announced on February 28, 2015.
