77 people killed by UCAV attacks in 6 months

RIHA - At least 77 people, including children, have been killed in Turkey's drone attacks against North and East Syria and the Federated Kurdistan Region in the las 6 months. 

Turkye and the SNA, the paramilitary group it supports, continue to attack the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria from the air and land. Turkey continues to bomb civilian settlements with Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles (UCAVs). Between 2-9 December, a total of 41 people, mostly women and children, were killed in the attacks on different cities of the Autonomous Administration. 
 
In the last 6 months, at least 77 people were killed in drone attacks in North and East Syria and Federated Kurdistan Region. 
 
Between 18 July and 10 December, the massacres in North and East Syria and Federated Kurdistan Region are as follows: 
 
"*On 18 July, Osman Mîrweysiye was killed in an attack in Şêladizê sub-district of Amêdiyê district of Duhok.
 
* Journalists Gulistan Tara and Hêro Bahadîn were killed when a car carrying Kurdish journalists was targeted in Seyîdsadiq district of Sulaymaniyah on 23 August.
 
* Xalide Mihemed Şerif (40) and her son Ednan Silêman (24) were killed in an attack in Enteriye neighbourhood of Qamishlo on 28 August.
 
* On 4 September, a father and his 2 sons were killed in an attack against a car in Dukan district of Sulaymaniyah. On the same day, SDF member Dijwar Qamishlo (Metin Dinç) was killed in an attack in Qamishlo city.
 
* On 5 September, 3 members of the same family, including a child, were killed in Şarbajêr in Sulaymaniyah.
 
* On 5 October, YPJ member Jînda Cûdî was killed in a UCAV attack.
 
* On 24 October, 12 civilians, including 2 children, were killed and 27 civilians were wounded in attacks in Qamishlo, Tirbespiyê, Amûdê, Dêrik, Rimêlan, Til Temir, Kobanê, Ayn Issa and Afrîn-Shehba Canton.
 
* On 10 November, a vehicle was bombed in Shengal, one person lost killed.
 
* On 22-25 November, 6 YBŞ members lost their lives in an attack in Shengal.
 
* On 2 December, Ezîz Selahedîn Şêxo lost his life in an attack on a vehicle on Qamishlo-Hesekê highway.
 
* On 4 December, 2 people died and 2 people were wounded in the attack in Derik city.
 
* On 8 December, 12 civilians, mostly women and children, were killed in an attack against El Mustareha village of Ayn Issa.
 
* On 9 December, 2 children were killed in an attack to Kuneftar village of Kobanê. On the same day, 15 regime soldiers were killed in a UCAV bombing west of Ayn Issa. One civilian was killed and 2 people were wounded in the attack against Zirgan.
 
*On 10 December, 8 people from the same family were massacred in Ayn Issa.
 
SYRIAN HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANISATION DATA
 
In a statement released by the Syrian Human Rights Organization yesterday on the occasion of Human Rights Week, it was stated that 162 people were killed and 194 people were injured in the attacks against civilians in North and East Syria in 2024. In the statement, the following information was shared regarding the details of the attacks: 
 
"*43 people were killed and 69 people were wounded in UCAV attacks.
 
* 38 people were killed and 87 people were wounded in howitzer attacks.
 
* 28 people were killed and 18 people were wounded in clashes.
 
* 53 people were killed and 20 people were wounded in explosions."
