Statement from hospital: Onder responds positively to treatment

NEWS CENTER - Florence Nightingale Hospital stated that İmralı Delegation member Sırrı Süreyya Önder responded positively to the treatment and stated, "The process is long, we will wait."
 
People's Equality and Democracy (DEM) Party MP and İmralı Delegation member Sırrı Süreyya Önder underwent a 12-hour-long surgery due to a heart condition and then under treatment in intensive care. Florence Nightingale Hospital made a new statement regarding the health condition of Önder. It was stated that Önder responded positively to the treatments. 
 
"Mr Sırrı Süreyya Önder generally responds well to our treatments. His systemic and metabolic parameters are improving. His acidosis has improved and his urine output is normal. We will perform haemofiltration today only to protect the kidneys" the statement stressed and added that intensive care process continues.
