Surrendering ISIS members spoke

DÊRA ZOR- ISIS members who are cornered in a small zone in Dêra Zor, started surrendering to QSD forces. The ISIS members from different nations, used Turkey as a passage to Syria.

The operations ran by Democratic Syrian Forces (QSD) against ISIS who controlled a large part of Iraq and Syria after the outbreak of the civil war are now almost over. 
 
The ISIS members who got cornered are now using civillians as shields. QSD who run their operations meticulously because of that, have saved approximately 8 thousand civillians from the hands of ISIS.
 
While the operations against ISIS continues, the civillians ISIS keeps as hostages are being saved and transferred to a safe zone.
 
There are ISIS members who got captured or surrendered with their families. All these members who got captured are being trated within the laws of war.
 
The surrendered ISIS members comes from different nations like England, France, Germany, Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkistan, Uzbekistan,Tajisiktan, Turkmenistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
 
Some of these ISIS members who have been long in the organization says they consider being in the organization wrong.
 
TURKISH CITIZEN FROM ÇORUM
 
One of the ISIS members who surrendered is Mehmet Elmas from Çorum. Elmas who worked for the organization in the city he resided, moved to Syria 4 years ago and joined the ISIS forces. Elmas who passed to Syria from Kilis, Çobanbey border, have fought in many places including Rakka, Dêra Zor, Musul, Tabqa and Minbic. 
 
According to Elmas who got wounded in Dêra Zor and surrendered to QSD, says ISIS is defeated.
 
HE JOINED ISIS WITH HIS FATHER
 
Hasan Ok (17) who went to Syria in 2016, says he joined ISIS  with his father while they were living in İstanbul, Bağcılar. Ok who stated that they passed through Antep border to Syria, says almost all of the Syrian- Turkish border control belonged to ISIS at that time.
 
QSD ABOLISHED THE CALIPHACY OF ISIS
 
Ok who said he entered and exited freely to Turkey many times, said he usually stayed in Rakka and Dêra Zor. Ok who stated that he lost his father in Rakka, said: "ISIS lost power and the lands they claimed in every battle, and most of their warriors ran away. QSD abolished ISIS's caliphacy and now I surrendered. I want to go back to Turkey if they send me."
 
'ISIS HAVE NOTHING IN THEIR HAND'
 
Elçin Ilıkgül, an Azerbaijanian who lived in Russia for a long time is 44 years old. He went to Syria 4 years ago with 3 children. Ilıkgül claims that he did not know they were fighting with the Kurdish before he joined ISIS.
 
Ilıkgül who stated: "I did not know they were attacking the Kurdish this hard before I joined ISIS. They have lost and they got nothing in their hands so I surrendered" said QSD did not do them any harm.
