İSTANBUL- Mother Ayneta Bulut whose whose son and daughter are on hunger strike, said: "I am calling on to all non governmental organizations and political parties. Everyone who says they have a conscience must give out a sound for the hunger strike action and this isolation must be removed." and said the routine doctor checks of the prisoners are not being done.
New Life (Yeni Yaşam) Newspaper worker Tuba BUlut who was taken under costody during the home raids in December 22, 2018 with 8 people, joined the hunger strike action on March 1 demanding the termination of the isolation. Apart from Tuba Bulut, her elder brother Serhat Bulut who is in prison for 2 years is on hunger strike since March 1. Mother Ayneta Bulut, stating that she is concerned with their lives, called on to the society to support the hunger strikes.
Mother Bulut who stated that her children will not end the hunger strike until the isolation is removed, said: "When I visited my daughter in Bakırköy Prison, she said their routine controlls are being done. But in Hilvan Prison where my son is being kept, the routine controlls are not being done. My son told me that the doctors insist that the prisoners get out of their rooms for check ups, but there are people unable to walk at this point, so they can not go out."
Mother Bulut who said one of her children is in İstanbul and one of them is in Urfa, said she can not visit her son because of the distance. Mother Bulut who said she will struggle for her children to the last point, called on for solidarity.
