HATAY - Hatay HDP Provincial Co-Chair Kerem Nalbant, making a call for the Twin Campaign, said: "The oppressed will make the world a better place by solidarity and sharing.
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Hatay Provincial Co-chair Ekrem Nalbant shared the developments about the Twin Campaign they carry out in scope of fighting the coronavirus (Covid- 19). Nalbant stating that they listed almost a thousand families in need in a month, said they were able to help 700 of them so far.
'SUPPORT THE SOLIDARITY'
Nalbant said they found the families in need with the efforts of Twin Family Solidarity Coordination Committees in provinces and districts, and through social media. Stating that they recieved positive returns, told that the solidarity must be strengthened these days and made a call for participation.
POSITIVE INTERACTION
Stating that they provide food aid to those in need and found twin families, Nalbant said: ""Until today, 700 families have been provided with food aid. Since Hatay is a cosmopolitan place, it naturally triggers a positive interaction due to the fact that cultures are intertwined. We need each other in these dire days. Let's not forget; in this difficult process, the hand we extend to each other will ease the troubles and help us be hopefull about the future. The oppressed will make the world a better place by solidarity and sharing."
