ANKARA - An investigation has been launched against Jinnews reporter Öznur Değer for her posts and news about the murder of Dedeoğulları family  in Konya.  

 

The Mardin Kızıltepe Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation against Öznur Değer, the Ankara reporter of Jinnews, on the grounds of "inciting the people to hatred and enmity." Journalist Değer gave her statement at the Kılıtepe Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Değer was asked about her social media posts and the knews she wrote about the family. 

 

Değer stated that she shared the reports she wrote within the scope of freedom of expression.
