MARDİN - Being held in Bafra Type T Closed Prison and pointing out that her basic rights are being suspended, Şirin Keskin said: "Hear our cries".

Şirin Keskin, who is being held in Samsun Bafra Type T Closed Prison, conveyed the violations of rights she went through in the phone call with her family yesterday. Her father Aziz Keskin conveyed Şirin's message to our agency. Pointing out that his daughter asked to be heard, father Aziz Keskin said: "My daughter said that they spend every moment of their lives under psychological pressure and torture. She said, "This is not enough, our wards are being raided on a daily basis, we are subjected to physical torture, our wards are changed. In addition, they confiscated all our books, letters, notebooks, pens, diaries, memoirs, and radios. An investigation was opened against 20 of their friends with flimsy excuses." Şirin does not want us to visit her because they are subjected to pressures when we visit her. They do not want to go to the hospital due to the pressures.”  Aziz Keskin  asked human rights organisations to investigate the prison.
