Detention decision for 15 people in DBP investigation

AMED - In the investigation launched against DBP, detention orders were issued for 15 people in 9 cities. In the raids on party buildings and houses, 14 people, including DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, have been detained so far.
 
Based on the investigation carried out by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office under the name of "PKK/KCK", a detention order was issued for 15 people, including Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır and provincial co-chairs. 14 people, including DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır and provincial co-chairs, were detained with the decision in raids on party buildings and houses in 9 cities in Kurdistan, especially Amed.
 
DETENTIONS
 
The names of some of those detained are as follows: DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, Amed Provincial Co-chairs Hayrettin Altun, Seval Gülmez, Şırnak Provincial Co-Chairperson Zeki İrmez, Van Provincial Co-Chairs Şengül Polat, Harun Okay, Urfa Provincial Co-Chairs Hidayet Enmek, Rabia Aslan, Gaziantep Provincial Co-Chairs Ethem Önal, Zeliha Aslan, Mardin Provincial Co-chairs Şerafettin Aslan, Süreyya Dündar, Batman Provincial Co-chairs Ruken Onat, Burhan Eğlenti.”
 
SEARCH CONTINUES IN TWO CITIES
 
In addition to the detention, a search warrant was issued for all the DBP's provincial organizations buildings by the Criminal Judgeship of Peace. In Kurdistan, DBP's buildings in 9 cities were raided and searched. It was learned that the search continues in the provincial buildings of the party in Ağrı and Batman as well, and there were detention warrants for the provincial co-chairs.
 
The detainees are expected to be brought to Diyarbakır within the day.
