URFA - Speaking with the women for the first hearing of the "hospital massacre" case that will be held tomorrow, Emine Şenyaşar: "If there is pressure, maybe justice will be served and my son will be released with your supports."

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018.  While the sit-in continues, the first hearing of the case against the "hospital" file will be held tomorrow (January 17) in Malatya. The case is expected to be combined with the "workplace" file in the case where 19 defendants are sentenced to death for murdering Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar and Adil Şenyaşar and for wounding Ferit Şenyaşar and Mehmet Şenyaşar.

Emine Şenyaşar and Ferit Şenyaşar, who have been fighting for justice in front of the Urfa Courthouse for 679 days, called for participation in the hearing to be held at the Malatya 5th High Criminal Court.

EMINE ŞENYAŞAR CALLED TO WOMEN

Reminding that the hearing will be held tomorrow, Emine Şenyaşar said: "My imprisoned son Fadıl Şenyaşar has been held in a solitary cell for 5 years. We called on everyone to stand up for the case. All women have taken care of us so far. They should take care of us in the court as well.

' PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE KILLED IN HOSPITAL'

Underlining that she has been fighting for justice for two years, Emine Şenyaşar demanded that justice be served with this case and added: "The state should release my son and then we will go home. What kind of government is this?. This state has no integrity, it only practices cruelty. Those who murdered my family are walking around, my son is in prison. Enough is enough. This persecution should be ended. The murderers should be punished. They killed my children and my husband. People should not be killed in the hospital, the records should not be destroyed. It is enough for them to leave my son, and the perpetrators of this massacre should be arrested."

'THE MURDERING DEFENSELESS PEOPLE IS THE CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY'

Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attacks with injuries, said: "Murdering defenseless people in the hospital, killing by lynching is a war crime in international law, is a crime against humanity. It is our call to all political parties; there is a crime against humanity. Everyone who says they are human should join this cause. We are making a call to all bar associations. Regional bar associations are following our case. TBB is following our case. Legal organizations are following our case. Our demand is also justice. We invite everyone who wants justice to be seen in Turkey to the hearing that will be held tomorrow."
