Detained journalist Yalçın will be brought to the prosecution tomorrow

MELETÎ - MA reporter Hakan Yalçın, whose deposition process has been completed at the police station where he was detained in Meletî (Malatya), is expected to be brought to the prosecutor's office tomorrow.

Security procedures have been completed for Mezopotamya Agency (MA) Reporter Hakan Yalçın, Baran Tuncel, Rojbin Doğan, Siyajin Yaman and Teyfik Kanat, who were detained in a raid on their house in Wan on December 29, within the scope of an investigation initiated by the Malatya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Yalçın and his entourage, who are being held in Malatya Police Department, are expected to be brought to the prosecution tomorrow.
 
In the police statement, it was learned that Yalçın was asked about his activities in the association he was a member of when he was a student at Meleti. It was reported that questions were raised as to whether "ideological education" was provided in the association in question.
