Demand of arrest for detainees in Bilêxşê

ÊLIH - 11 of the 14 people detained in the military operation launched in Bilêxşê village of Kercews (Gercüş) district of Êlih were referred to court for arrest. 
 
People who were detained in house raids in Bilêxşê village in Torê district of Kercews (Gercüş) district of Êlih (Batman-Kurdistan) and in Bayındırlık neighborhood in the center of Êlih on July 6 were referred to the courthouse. 
 
The procedures of detained Murat Gelir, Abdülcelil Gitmez, Yüksel Gitmez, Nedim Kaya, Emine Kaya, Halil Şimşek, Süleyman Kapan, İsa Gitmez, Mehmet Gelir, Yusuf Bölük, Habip Kaya, Mehmet Emin Sağlam, Nezeta Bölük and Reber Gelir were completed at Batman Provincial Gendarmerie Command. 
 
After their procedures there, 14 people were taken to Batman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on charges of "aiding a terrorist organization" and "financing a terrorist organization". After the prosecutor's office procedures, 11 people were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with the demand of arrest and 3 people were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with the demand of release on judicial control conditions. The testimonies of 14 people continue.
