A.H., a Syrian child, was detained in a house raid in Dîlok (Antep) in August as part of an investigation launched by Antep Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. According to the news in JINNEWS, the child, who was detained on the allegation of “being a member of an illegal organization”, is 9 months pregnant. A.H. was arrested by the court after interrogation at the prosecutor's office and taken to Antep Type L Closed Prison.
It was revealed that A.H., who gave birth 5 days ago, was held in a single ward. While the applications for the release of the child were rejected by the prosecutor's office, it is learned that the child was taken to meetings under the name of “interview” by people she did not know in prison.
It is stated that the child has been in Dîlok for 3 years and the baby she gave birth to is her second child. It is stated that A.H., who is married in a religious marriage, lost her whole family in the Syrian war.
