Syrian Human Rights Organisation calls to UN

NEWS CENTRE - Evîn Cuma, one of the directors of the Syrian Human Rights Organisation, called on the UN to take action against the war crimes committed by Turkey.

Evîn Cuma, one of the directors of the Syrian Human Rights Organization (KMM), made evaluations to Hawar News Agency (ANHA) about the attacks of Turkey and its paramilitary structures called SNA.
 
Stating that Turkey massacres civilians and aims to evacuate the region by targeting service institutions in the region, Evîn Cuma said: "The Turkish state violates international law. This situation is more visible in Efrîn, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî in addition to the current attacks."
 
Evîn Cuma reminded that targeting civilians is a war crime according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and called on the United Nations and the International Independent Commission of Inquiry to determine Turkey's war crimes and to impose the necessary penalties.
 
Evîn Cuma called on the UN Security Council to put pressure on Turkey to stop its attacks on Syria.
